Night Developing

Focusing on the function of alternative spaces as sites where different fields of expression intersect and evolve, I organized an event combining a photographic development workshop with a live music performance, in collaboration with Yoshihisa Suzuki and Tomoho Taniguchi.

The event has been held five times to date, featuring guest artists such as Aoki Takamasa and Daito Manabe.

In a venue modeled after a darkroom, equipment for photographic development is installed, allowing visitors to print their image data as digital negatives and develop photographs on site.

Simultaneously, DJ sets and live performances take place, creating an experimental event in which music intervenes in the process of image formation.
